Bar Roma

Crack! Right in the heart of the “Sènt’ Cò” marina—that’s what we call the harbor here—stands Bar Roma, the beating heart of Procida for nearly a century. Princes and writers have passed through its doors… did you know that? Sitting at the tables is like being on a boat, anchored and watching the comings and goings. Squeak! Since the 1960s, it’s also been a pastry shop: this is where the “Lingua di Bue” was born, a crispy puff pastry filled with lemon cream. Today, with Ignazio and Michele at the helm, it’s a staple of the island: their “Lingua di Procida” even holds DE.CO. certification.

Arturo is just a seagull, so take what he says with a grain of salt and always double-check the facts.
